# The Mission

![Much like the ships searching for humanity's salvation, our team is venturing into the unknown. ](/files/el8bCeVjGk6lf1j4EF6r)

## Play how you want. Own what you want.

Here at Little Orbit, we are exploring how to bridge old and new mechanics of game design to give players true freedom of choice.

Our primary mission is to empower gamers by combining fun addictive gameplay with the new possibilities of blockchain. To empower the creators who provide content to the game such as level design, cosmetics, and other items, we will implement a blockchain backend that allows us to track and exchange assets between player accounts. \
\
No blockchain interaction will be required by the players to enjoy the game, and those who do interact with these elements will have no gameplay advantage over others. \
\
We will implement the use of a token that is collateralized by our game revenue and used to distribute revenue back to creators of user generated content (UGC) sold in the game.
