# Indie Ship Supply Limits

## <mark style="color:green;">Be the Few, Not the Many</mark>

There is a maximum possible number of Independent Ships that can exist as Digital Collectables on chain at a given time. For release, the total supply will be faction specific and players are able to mint any of these ships up to the total faction supply.

Starbright Future Corp Network Unlockers will govern the total supply of Digital Collectable ships that fall under this faction. This max will be set at 100,000. Using our current game economics, it will take an estimated 3-5 years for all 100k SBFC Unlockers to be released into the game economy. This time will increase or decrease based on the size of the STFU player base.
